Book Club Discussion Questions
It’s no secret that I adore book clubs. Seriously, connecting over books is something that has always brought me immense joy–and lifelong friendships! So I’m always beyond-honored when I hear one of my books has been picked for a book club.
As such, I thought it’d be fun to share a few discussion questions that have popped up at Killer Chardonnay events**. And if your book club selects one of my books to read, feel free to reach out because I’m always open to attending (virtually, at the moment)!
Killer Chardonnay Discussion Questions:
- Do you typically read cozy mysteries? If so, what do you enjoy about the genre? If not, will you try another one?
- The Colorado Wine Mystery series takes place in picturesque Boulder, CO. Have you ever been there?
- Who is your favorite character and why? Are there any characters you would have liked to learn more about?
- What did you think of the murder happening so early in the story? Was anyone able to predict whodunit?
- How do you feel about love triangles? Are you team Eli or team Reid?
- If you could visit Vino Valentine, which of Parker’s wines would you like to try?
- One of Parker’s hobbies is rock climbing. Have you ever been?
- Parker has long dreamed of owning her own winery. Have you ever had a passion you considered turning into a business?
- Have you ever tried making recipes included in books, like the ones at the back of this one?

Read Killer Chardonnay in a day.
Well done!
I’m not a huge fiction reader, but I thoroughly enjoyed your book and just purchased the next two!
I don’t do Book Clubs, but my wife reads it next and she does, so I printed the questions out for her.
Oh, and BTW, Team Eli!
Thanks so much for reading, Greg, and for your kind words. Thrilled to hear you enjoyed Killer Chardonnay–and hope your wife does as well! Cheers!
